On Tuesday, November 4, 2014, Thomaston voters will be choosing among Governor and Lieutenant Governor, Representative in Congress (5th District), State Senator (31st District), State Representative (76th District), Secretary of the State, Treasurer, Comptroller, Attorney General, Judge of Probate and Registrar of Voters (Information and/or Links regarding these positions and candidates can currently be found by clicking here to visit our State Election/Candidates for Office page). Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Old Firehouse adjacent to the Town Hall at 158 Main Street.
SAVE THE DATE! The Thomaston Democratic Town Committee is sponsoring a Pasta Dinner on Friday, September 19, 2014 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Northfield Beacon Grange Hall (670 Northfield Road, Route 254, Northfield, CT 06778). Come join us for a delicious meal and a good time out with family and friends! Tickets are $10 for Adults, $8 for Seniors and $5.00 for Children 10 and under and can be purchased at the door. The menu includes Salad, Bread, Pasta with meatballs and Dessert with your choice of beverages (soda, wine or coffee).
|THANK YOU. The Thomaston DTC held its popular Breakfast on November 3, 2013 at the Black Rock Tavern & Restaurant (76-78 Main Street, Thomaston). The Thomaston DTC thanks the staff at Black Rock for hosting this very successful fundraiser as well as the Honorable Dannel P. Malloy, Governor, the Honorable Nancy Wyman, Lt. Governor, the Honorable Denise L. Nappier, Treasurer, Nancy Dinardo, State Democratic Party Chair and former State Senator Thomas Colapietro among our special guests for coming to Thomaston to support the Thomaston DTC and the entire Mosimann and Barrett team with 2 days to election day.|
The Thomaston DTC thanks everyone who supported us and we extend our best wishes to all those who were elected to serve the community. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday November 4, 2014, at the Old Firehouse (Crescent Gallery) adjacent to the Town Hall at 158 Main Street.
As you head to the polls, please remember those who are in need by bringing a non-perishable food item and placing it in the Food Pantry box at Town Hall. Thank You!
